    This morning I received notification there were two updates to Press Permit: the core application and the compatibility pack. I installed the compatibility pack first, then clicked on the Refresh Status link to have it confirm the update version was installed. When the page refreshed, the status at the top of the page stated:

    “Activate your support key to install Pro extensions and access the member support forums.”

    This was odd because prior to this upgrade, this server was licensed. When I attempted to input the license key again, I got the following message:

    “The key provided is already active on another site.”

    Which is technically true since this license was already active on this particular site. I do not know what happened, but nothing else changed about this server this morning. Please let me know what I need to do to fix this issue. Thank you.
