    Hi,
    My license support key is valid until 2018, and is working very well in some servers.
    But, we install a new server to make pre-update tests and we have a problem.
    In configuration, the message is: Chave Expirada (Expired Key).
    If i try “refresh status”, “The information version was update” and “Expired Key”.
    if i try “deactivate key”, “no identify error”.
    Could you tell me what to do?
