    Hi There,

    We have a site that is based on a hierarchical page structure, that now has about 2000 pages and growing. When you visit the “Pages” view in wp-admin, the page is now very slow and often timing out. If you view source, there are a few thousand lines that look like this:

    ...
    $('#inline_2964 div._status').after('<div class="_status_sub"></div>');
    $('#inline_2964 div._status').after('<div class="_force_vis"></div>');
    $('#inline_2661 div._status').after('<div class="_status_sub"></div>');
    $('#inline_2661 div._status').after('<div class="_force_vis"></div>');
    ...

    I’ve traced it to the pp-custom-post-statuses plugin. If I edit pp-custom-post-statuses/admin/post-listing-ui_pps.php and comment out the foreach loop in lines 119-130, timeouts disappear and the page loads fast, but I don’t know the impact of simply removing these lines. Does that change the functionality of the plugin? Could this only output for the 20 pages shown on the current screen instead of all?

    Thanks!

    Joe
