    Had to patch PP File URL Filter if accesc compat isn’t turned on. It was causing 500 errors.

    Our fix was to add:
    pp-file-url-filter/rewrite-rules_pp.php#L131-134

    $new_rules .= "<files .htaccess>\n";
    $new_rules .= "Require all denied\n";
    $new_rules .= "</files>\n\n";
